The Total Quality OnSite App

One app for building management, TQ managers, and our field team — requests, supplies, schedules, and messaging in one place. To keep improving it, the app collects usage data. This page explains exactly what we collect and why, in plain language.

What the app collects

Screens & time

Which screens you visit, in what order, and how long you stay on each one.

Why: shows us which features matter and which are hard to find.

Taps & navigation

How many times you tap on each page and which buttons and flows you use.

Why: finds confusing screens — lots of taps with no result means something is broken.

Feature usage

Orders placed, requests filed, dispatches, reports created, messages sent — counts of what gets used.

Why: tells us what to build next without needing a feedback button.

Messages

Messages sent through the app — including text and photos — are stored on TQ servers and may be reviewed and analyzed, including keyword analysis.

Why: service quality, dispute resolution, and spotting recurring problems early.

Work records

Requests, supply orders, schedules, work-order activity, and inspection reports created in the app.

Why: these are the business records that run the operation.

Sign-ins & device basics

When you sign in, your role, the app version you're on, and the device you run it on — phone make and model, operating system version, language and time zone, and the internet address it connects from. One record per device, replaced on each connection and deleted 180 days after that device last connects.

Why: security, support, and knowing when it's safe to retire old versions.

Your agreement

The app can only be used with a TQ account after accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Acceptance is recorded with a version stamp; when the terms change, you'll be asked again.

Total Quality OnSite is operated by Total Quality Building Services for its clients and staff. TQ runs its own servers: your data stays on TQ equipment and is never sold or used for advertising.
